Resources for Meditation
Today there is an increasing interest in Mindfulness, the practise of making time each day to stop, allowing our body to relax and our becoming aware of our thoughts and feelings so we may have greater awareness of ourselves emotionally and physically.
Christians have been doing this practise for thousands of years, except we call it meditation and the aim is to slow down self in order to be more aware of God.

While meditation can be practised at home or any pace that is helpful to the task we have opportunity in the Parish to gather as a group on Monday evenings at St Margaret’s from 5:30pm. We have an introductory talk and then 25 minutes of silence. We encourage you to learn and explore these resources.
